This man seems to be working to introduce power as David Hawkins defines it into business for the last few decades. I find his example inspiring, because like Hawkins he was led to nonlinear dynamics as a way to describe his work.
Most interesting for me is the notion that a company should be visible and invisible, linear and nonlinear, and his sense that the greater and more important part of a business should be invisible, and the way he has sought to embody his ideas, which reflects in the business sphere a great deal of the inner work of Hawkins through the same period:
