It would seem that since Advanced Awareness is nothing personal, and since
it is a blessing given by alignment with God, then there are two options for
daily contemplation:

If you sense the Presence, then be Aware of it continuously through the day
by whatever means.

OR

If you do not sense the Presence, practice worship continuously through the
day by whatever means, with faith that will bring the Awareness of the Presence of God into consciousness.

This would seem to be the curriculum of the Course as I understand it.

Constant interruptions and distresses will intervene, which makes it necessary to have a single action which takes you all the way to enlightenment. These are:

- Jesus: forgive.

- Hawkins: surrender your position.

- Krishna: dedicate to Me.

- Buddha has a whole range of actions that can be taken, from the four
fundamental truths: taking refuge in Him, compassion meditation, giving and
taking suffering on the breath, and so on.

- Nisargadatta was simple: when distressed return to the "I am".

- Likewise, Ramana Maharishi advized to constantly return to the question
"Who (Hawkins says "what") am I?"

- Other teachers propose a mindfulness of the in- and out-breath through the
day.
- The Course in Miracles proposes letting go and letting God, much as Hawkins does.

All these measures seem to work for both the path of purification and the path of advanced awareness. Deconstructing dualism and surrendering cause and effect seem to happen automatically according to Hawkins.

Worship would seem to be the path which attracts Divine Aid in bringing
oneself to Awareness. And once the Awareness of the Presence, otherwise
known as the Holy Spirit, is a conscious experience in the linear 500s, then
one naturally enjoys growing more.
